Happy Halloween 2012

Happy Halloween!!!!

Before I move in to telling you about our Halloween I want to say Happy Birthday Dad!!!!  We love you and hope you had a great day!

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays as a parent because it all about wonder and fantasy for your kids :)  Randal Jean loved getting dressed up in her girly cowgirl costume and saying "yee-haw."  Tilley complimented Randal Jean's costume by being a piggy.  After Randal Jean got out of preschool today I put the girls down for early naps so that we could go visit friends and eat dinner all before trick-or-treating.  Our first stop after nap was at my friend, Carlie's, house.  It is also Carlie's birthday :)  There we also got to see our good friend Leah.  The next stop was at Mrs. Freddye's house.  Mrs. Freddye loved seeing the girls all dressed up.  Then it was back home for dinner and WAY too much candy!!!!

It's What We Do

We end up in the front yard with the chalk almost everyday.  I took the camera out one day and grabbed a couple pics :)

Pumpkin Patch Trip #2

For our second trip to the pumpkin patch this year we went with my friend Casey and her two girls.

Painting Pumpkins!

Randal Jean loves to paint and let's face it it's much safer to let a 2 year old paint a pumpkin than carve one so we let her have at it!  Daddy even joined in on the fun too :)

 

 Anytime Matt is doing anything moderately artistic (painting, sidewalk chalk, etc) his subject of choice.  A shark...every. time....but that's okay because Randal Jean digs it :)
